This Safety Policy Statement is produced in pursuance of the Own Interiors Limited (OIL) statutory and contractual obligations. It is designed to demonstrate OIL’s commitment to promote a high standard of Health and Safety, including the public, for the duration of the project in an efficient manner and with due environmental awareness. OIL emphasizes that Health and Safety is a management responsibility which is of equal importance to quality production and efficiency and is an integral part of every manager’s role.

Own Construction experienced in Alteration & Addition works, building works and construction works services. OWN processed Building Department Lenience Registered Minor Works Contractors eligible to carry out the minor works control system and quality assurance ISO 9001:2015
Own Procurement provides for materials and purchasing services with global sourcing and the best negotiated pricing within the interior and construction industry. With our professional experience and knowledge on the materials that can provide the best suitable solution with competitive cost within the budget.
